Since one of my friends lost my bike a month or two ago (he borrowed it and left the lock off, so someone stole it), I've been getting a great handle on the bus system. I especially know which bus to take between the cafe I use to get internet and my house, and today on the bus I realized that though I can recognize many new characters, my listening skills still have some catching up to do. Little things that I take for granted knowing in English are causing some problems to me in Chinese, like measure words. At least Chinese doesn't have any conjugations like the romance languages do though, because that is for sure why I failed learning a lot of Spanish.
